Cobblemon Callisto is the official website and social media publishing workflow for the Cobblemon Callisto Minecraft/Cobblemon server community.

When managing official Cobblemon Callisto social media accounts and connected services, we may process limited information such as:

• Account, page, channel, or profile identifiers from connected platforms
• Authorization tokens required to schedule, upload, or publish posts
• Post text, captions, links, images, videos, and scheduling information
• Basic technical logs used for security, troubleshooting, and error diagnosis

How We Use Information

We use this information only to manage official Cobblemon Callisto accounts, schedule and publish social media content, maintain community announcements, prevent abuse, and keep our services secure.

TikTok Integration

Cobblemon Callisto uses TikTok Login Kit so an authorized Cobblemon Callisto administrator can connect the official TikTok account. We use TikTok Content Posting API to upload and publish approved videos created by our team. We do not use TikTok data for scraping, resale, spam, mass automation, or posting to accounts we do not own or manage.

Third-Party Services

Cobblemon Callisto may use third-party platforms and integrations such as TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitch, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon, Meta platforms, and our self-hosted Postiz instance. When using those services, their own privacy policies and terms may also apply.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share information when necessary to operate Cobblemon Callisto, connect to social platforms, comply with legal requirements, or protect the security of Cobblemon Callisto and its community.

Data Storage

Social media integration data may be stored on our self-hosted Postiz server. Access is limited to authorized Cobblemon Callisto administrators.

Revoking Access

You can revoke access through the settings of the relevant third-party platform, such as TikTok, Pinterest, Google, Meta, or other connected services.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of data related to your account or connected platform access, contact Cobblemon Callisto through our official Discord or website contact method.
